A. You will need access to a printer to print the label that you attach to your package. This is used for tracking and to confirm your return has been received.
A. The collection time will depend on your location. Generally, pickups take place between 12pm-5pm on the same day if booked before 2pm. For bookings placed after 2pm, and in some outer-metro and regional areas, the pick-up will occur the next day, generally between 12pm-5pm.

A. You'll need to enter your address in the 'Your Details' page. This is for security purposes and will help ASOS identify who the package is coming from.

A. Payment is a part of the second step in the booking process. You can pay for your return via credit or debit card.
A. Once your courier has been booked, you will be provided with a consignment number. Use this number to track your item here. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email directly from ASOS to confirm and provide further information on your refund.
