A. You will need access to a printer to print the label that you attach to your package. This is used for tracking and to confirm your return has been received.
A. The collection time will depend on your location. Generally, pickups take place between 12pm-5pm on the same day if booked before 1pm. For bookings placed after 1pm, and in some outer-metro and regional areas, the pick-up will occur the next day, generally between 12pm-5pm.

A. You'll need to enter your address in the 'Your Details' page. This is for security purposes and will help ASOS identify who the package is coming from.
A. Your order number is required to match your return with your ASOS Account. Your Order Number can be located on your invoice.
A. Of course! Make sure you specify 'Business' in the quote details. It always helps to let reception or the first point of contact at your business know you have a package being collected.
A. Payment is a part of the second step in the booking process. You can pay for your return via credit or debit card.
A. Once your courier has been booked, you will be provided with a consignment number. Use this number to track your item here. Once your return has been received, you will receive an email directly from ASOS to confirm and provide further information on your refund.
